Created programming that celebrated, archived, and mourned our complex racial history with the National Historic Trust by developing strategic guidelines for community involvement, stakeholder engagement and thought leader validation in the wake of 2017’s tragic events in Charlottesville, VA.

Expanded the reach of elected officials by developing the first guidelines for the U.S. Senate to engage with social media, creating one of its first online video efforts.

Second chaired a six week trial that deployed experts and uplifted data to support the theory that disproportionate discipline was a second-generation symptom of discriminatory education practices.
